For bulk orders (over than 45KG), contact your dedicated sales representative.
 
4. What is lead time? How is it related to my order?  Top↑
 
Lead time is the time it takes for us to ship your order from when we receive your order. Lead times can vary depending on product, inventory levels, and/or production schedules.  For sample orders, it usually takes 2-5 business days for us to fill and ship your order from time of receipt. For bulk orders, contact your dedicated sales representative.

Absolutely.  We accept sample orders, any quantity less than a complete case.

No, we accept orders at any quantity.  However, the larger the quantity, the larger the discount.
 
9. Can you explain the pricing? If there is no MOQ, why is pricing by the case?  Top↑
 
Our pricing is designed to help you maximize profits as well as protect you.  Any amount less than a complete case is considered a sample order.  By doing this, we protect you by giving you preferential pricing for purchasing by the case.  By purchasing by the case, shipping costs are lowered, thus lowering overall cost per unit, which then leads to higher profit per unit.
 
10. What is your return policy? How do I return a product?  Top↑
 
We have a 30 day return policy on all undamaged goods for all non-sample orders.  We will refund the full purchase price excluding shipping costs for unopened goods or less a 20% restocking fee for opened goods.  Shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.  Contact us directly at sales@gizmograbber.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions on how to return the product(s).

We do not list every product on our website because when we reach a certain customer base for a product, we take it off the website. However, you may request products on our “Want It” page (http://gizmograbber.com/var.asp).

17. What is DVB and ATSC and which standard does my country support?  Top↑
 
DVB and ATSC are the new standards of digital television. Depending on which country you live in, you will need a DVB-T receiver or an ATSC receiver in order to receive digital television.
 
Visit http://ww.dvb.org to find out which digital standard your country supports. Also, you need to make sure that digital television programming is available in your country.
 
18. How do I know which digital TV receiver to buy? What is the difference?  Top↑
 
Our digital TV receivers support either DVB-T or ATSC.  Some models receive only digital signals (DVB-T or ATSC).  Some models are hybrids, which can receive digital (DVB-T or ATSC) and analogue signals.
 
19. How do I know which GPS receiver to buy? What is the difference?  Top↑
 
GPS receivers have different chipsets such as Nemerix, SiRF, Prolific, MTK, etc.  They also have different channels such as 16, 20, 32 channels, etc. Battery operating times are also different.
 
20. I have never heard of these brands before. Are they any good?  Top↑
  Of course they are! We deal with manufacturers that already do OEM for major brands in the world.  Essentially, you are getting the same product without the fancy label and for a lower cost.
