We provide warranty in the form of replacement or account credit to all our customers.
IMPORTANT NOTE: You MUST obtain approval from your Sales Manager in the form of a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before you return any products to us, otherwise your return WILL NOT be accepted. Returns must be sent via REGULAR POST ONLY otherwise additional charges may apply. All returns must be sent to: Unit C2, 2/F, Building 2, Tian An Nanyou Industrial Park, Nanshan District, Shenzhen 518054, P. R. C.
Manufacturers have a limited warranty that covers factory hardware defects. The products sold on GizmoGrabber.com pass the same warranty to you.
The warranty starts from the date of purchase. The warranty covers for defects in the original design and/or production of the equipment. We, through our relationship with the manufacturers will handle the repair of the defective products for you. The warranty does not cover damages resulting from improper use.
These are the rules of thumb regarding our warranty:
- Products must have been purchased from Gizmo Grabber
- Product must be returned 30 days prior to the expiration of the warranty period.
- The warranty covers your initial purchase only
- We do not refund sample orders
- We will only refund the cost of a product (shipping is NOT refundable)
To initiate a return and warranty process, please get in touch with your sales representative. You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before you ship the products back to us.
